Support the daily operations of the reservations team by handling booking inquiries, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring smooth reservation processes. Ideal for candidates with hotel experience and strong communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of room bookings.
- Respond to guest inquiries and reservation requests via email and phone, maintaining high service standards in accordance with hotel policies.
- Collaborate closely with the Front Office and Sales & Marketing departments to optimize room inventory and maximize revenue.
- Monitor reservation trends and assist in implementing strategies to improve booking conversion and guest satisfaction.
- Handle special requests and group bookings with attention to detail and discretion.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., OPERA) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (Putonghua).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
